Nova Lens Media LLC ("Nova Lens Media," "we," "us") runs advertising for local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or book a call with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What you give us. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you type into the booking form, such as your business name or the details of your shop.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived here. We collect this using cookies and similar tools, including advertising tools such as the Meta pixel.

How we use it

To schedule and hold your call.
To contact you about your call by email, phone, or text message.
To follow up with you about our services.
To understand how our ads and this website perform, and to improve them.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may send you text messages about your appointment and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

Our scheduling and customer management software (HighLevel), which stores your booking and contact details.
Our website host (Netlify), which serves this website.
Advertising platforms (Meta), which help us measure how our ads perform.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the booking calendar may not work as expected. You can also control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to talk with you about our services and to run our business, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, and we will honor requests made under it.

Children

This website is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
